Why I'm putting words on the internet — and what to expect here.
Why this exists
For most of my career I’ve done my thinking in slide decks, business cases, and customer workshops. This journal is the public-facing version of that — short, honest notes on the things I work on, the things I love, and the messy middle between them.
What to expect
Three flavors of writing, in rough order of frequency:
- Enterprise strategy — outcome-based selling, value engineering, how large customers actually buy and operate technology.
- Adoption & operations — what it really takes to turn a platform purchase into measurable value.
- The night sky — astronomy outreach, observing notes, occasional astrophotography, and stories from Houston Astronomical Society / Texas Star Party / Solar System Ambassador work.
Posts will be short. I’d rather ship a useful 400-word note than sit on a 2,000-word essay forever.
